Chapter 1: Iris peeped out of the window. Her short locks of hair were gently swaying. Her large eyes met with a faint rainbow appearing on the horizon. She sighed with sorrow- most evident in her; and the reason why she had this sorrow was most confusing. She had everything, from materialistic objects to almost perfect traits. Her family was kind, and often very entertaining, while she was continuously surrounded by friends. She held her hands together and recommenced her staring. What she awaited was most unequivocally not just the presence of company. Rather, what she awaited was, even if the tiniest bit, of change. Her exhilarating schedule was presumed to be invigorating, yet none would realize it wouldn’t remain as such as it was now becoming a quotidian one.
